Transforming Challenges into Growth, Together

Pink Roses Blooming

Individual Therapy for Youth and Adults (14+)

Much of my practice focuses on helping youth and adults reduce the impact of anxiety and depression by building practical skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and shift unhelpful thought patterns. Together, we’ll develop tools that support daily functioning, strengthen resilience, and bring more balance into your life.

I also work with individuals with ADHD as they navigate challenges in school, work, and relationships, as well as people moving through significant life transitions. I support clients from diverse backgrounds, including those within the 2SLGBTQ+ community and anyone exploring their identity or sense of self. Our work may include clarifying values, deepening self-awareness, and building confidence to approach relationships and life goals with greater ease.

My goal is to offer a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where you can explore, heal, and grow—while equipping you with skills that support meaningful and lasting change in both your personal and relational well-being.

DBT for ADHD

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) offers a structured approach for managing ADHD symptoms. Through DBT’s techniques in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance, you can improve focus, better cope with emotions, and enhance your relationships. DBT provides a balance between accepting ADHD as part of who you are and developing practical skills to address its impact on your life.

DBT and Perimenopause

Perimenopause can bring a wide range of emotional and cognitive changes, from mood swings and anxiety to brain fog, low motivation, and increased sensitivity. These shifts can feel unpredictable and overwhelming, especially when they start to affect relationships, confidence, and daily functioning.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) offers practical, evidence-based tools that help you navigate this transition with greater stability, clarity, and self-compassion. By learning how to regulate intense emotions, cope with sudden hormonal shifts, and stay grounded in the present moment, DBT supports you in responding to challenges rather than reacting to them. Its skills also enhance communication and boundary-setting, which can reduce conflict and strengthen your sense of control.

Whether you’re struggling with irritability, low mood, anxiety, or cognitive fatigue, DBT provides strategies that make these symptoms more manageable. Most importantly, it empowers you to move through perimenopause with more confidence, resilience, and balance.
