Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is more than case consultation; it is a dedicated space to reflect, grow, and feel supported in the work you do. I offer clinical supervision to social workers and psychotherapists registered to practice in Ontario who are seeking thoughtful, collaborative, and affirming supervision.

Whether you are an early-career clinician, transitioning into private practice, or an experienced therapist wanting ongoing consultation, supervision can provide space to strengthen your clinical skills while also attending to your professional identity, confidence, and sustainability.

About Me

I am a registered social worker practicing psychotherapy under the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I have over seven years of experience providing clinical supervision to students and clinicians within the child and youth mental health sector, and I currently offer supervision to private practitioners.

My clinical background includes working with children, youth, adults, and families across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, sexual and gender identity, ADHD, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Alongside my clinical work, I have held leadership and supervisory roles, supporting clinicians as they navigate complex systems, ethical decision-making, and the emotional realities of therapeutic work.

Supervision is a meaningful and valued part of my practice. I aim to create a space that feels supportive, thoughtful, and grounded; where questions are welcomed, growth is encouraged, and you don’t have to have everything figured out on your own.

My Approach to Supervision

My supervision style is collaborative, relational, and strengths-based. I view supervision as a partnership rather than a top-down process. Together, we can explore your clinical work with curiosity and compassion, while also attending to your development as a therapist and professional.

Supervision may include:

  • Case consultation and clinical conceptualization

  • Skill development and intervention planning

  • Ethical questions and decision-making

  • Navigating boundaries, scope of practice, and documentation

  • Professional identity, confidence, and imposter syndrome

  • Career exploration and transitions (including private practice)

  • Burnout prevention, self-reflection, and sustainability in the work

I integrate a trauma-informed, feminist, and reflective lens into supervision, drawing from approaches such as CBT, DBT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapy. I also value openly discussing how systemic factors, power, identity, and lived experience show up in our work with clients—and in ourselves as clinicians.
